Throw Out the Garbage!

Poor service, call center mix-ups, quarterly customer price increases, and a rapidly falling stock price.  Perhaps they bought up too many formerly reliable local garbage pick-up providers and piled on the debt?  This one might be headed straight for the landfill.  Price / Earnings Ratio is only 240.  But they do have $8 million in cash - for a company with a market cap of $2 billion.  But they get paid 3 months in Advance.
