The Patron Saint of Foreclosures?

Here is a real estate company that is just off new lows - lower than the 2009 panic levels.  We have seen some of their properties in the Florida Panhandle, and they are impressive.  The communities are located well away from the strip malls and cheap tourist shops of Panama City Beach, and are surrounded by native wooded areas and dunes.  Watercolor is nicely secluded on a white sand Gulf of Mexico beach.  That part of Florida can get quite cold for days at a time from November through February, however.
