Emerging Markets Near 2007 Highs

Stocks in the 21 emerging market countries in the MSCI Index are only about 7% below the all-time highs hit back in 2007.  This iShares ETF is the largest of its type and trades around 70 million shares daily.  The top three sectors represented here are: 25% financials (interestingly enough), 16% energy, and 14% materials.
