Benny Vs. Europe & Japan

Here again is the Powershares DB US Dollar Index Bullish Fund (UUP).  The fund tracks the performance of the greenback against a basket of the Euro(57%), Japanese Yen(14%), British Pound(12%), Canadian Dollar(9%), Swedish Krona(4%), and Swiss Franc(4%).  We might have a bearish head and shoulders forming, in which case the dollar could see a real beating between now and the end of the year.
