| The Russell 2000 Growth Stock ETF (IWO) has now dipped well below 50 on the full stochastics and relative strength index. The 50 level has held pretty well since the March 2009 lows. During major equity bull runs, smaller stocks tend to lead the pack. When they start lagging, it can be a sign of trouble for the overall market ahead. This fund tracks small cap growth stocks and is weighted towards technology, health care, and consumer discretionary. More information on the fund can be found at Ishares. |
