Long Term Market Trends

Here's another great chart from Doug Short illustrating how the stock market over and undershoots the long-term trend for years at a time.  The trendline now stands at around 950 on the S&P 500, while a major bear market decline equivalent to past episodes would call for a drop to around 450.
