Commodity Index and the S&P 500

We're watching the correlation between commodity-related stocks and the broader market, which recently turned negative, a  rare occurrence over the last decade.  Perhaps the anomaly will be short-lived, as in 2006.  A slightly different take on commodity divergence can be found at Slope of Hope.
