| They can put a man on the moon... or at least satellites in space, but they have trouble properly recording subscriber payments. We're not the only one this has happened to - we get daily phone calls from SiriusXM reminding us that our annual subscription is overdue - two weeks after it has been paid on time. Their online account records correctly show our account balance as $0.00, yet their automated phone calls continue. Perhaps we should call the nice man in India once again... Wonder if there is an all-sitar music channel we can listen to while on hold? |
