| As silver makes new highs, it is fast approaching resistance when seen as a ratio to the Russell 2000 small cap stocks. A break above the orange level should target a run to the highs of panic city in early 2009. This can be accomplished by 1)Silver goes up and the stocks go nowhere; 2)Silver stays flat and stocks go down; or 3)Silver goes up and stocks crater. Our bet is for what's behind door #3. |
